01
Starting point
JadroMel from Križevci produces dietary supplements and cosmetic preparations under two brands, Jadrankina otopina and Jadrankina formula. Products are sold in pharmacies and specialized stores in Croatia and the region, but they also needed their own channel: a web shop with direct ordering, delivery to Croatia and abroad, and payment by card, payment slip, or cash on delivery.
The brand is tied to its founder, Jadranka Vrhovec, and to a community of users. Therefore, in addition to the catalog, the shop also features content: the founder's story, usage protocols, news, and user experiences.

What we built
-
Catalog Under Two Brands
21 products in five categories: capsules, spray, powder, solutions, and serum. Five products belong to the Jadrankina otopina brand, and sixteen to the Jadrankina formula brand. The catalog can be sorted by popularity, rating, date, and price.
-
Product Page
Application method, composition, volume, and information about who markets the product. Additionally, reviews from verified customers, related products, and the number of loyalty points earned with purchase.
-
One-Page Checkout
Purchase as a guest or with a user account. Card, bank transfer, or cash on delivery for Croatia. Coupons can be entered and loyalty points used in the cart.
-
Loyalty Program
Jadranka's Loyalty Circle: one point for every euro spent, points for registration and reviews, friend referrals with a 10% discount, and four membership levels.
-
Prices According to Regulations
The anchor price is displayed alongside the promotional price, and the Digital Price List page publishes the price list daily in CSV format with an archive.
-
Content and Community
49 posts in the News, Protocols, Blog, and Press sections, protocols with links to products, user experiences, and a list of sales points by country.

What it looks like
04
Technical decisions
-
Three Payment Methods
Card payments are processed on the payment processor's form, so card data does not pass through the store. For bank transfers, the customer receives a payment slip with a HUB-3 barcode for mobile banking payments. Cash on delivery is only available for Croatia.
-
Loyalty Instead of Discounts
Customers return for the same products, so rewards are tied to the user account: points are visible on the product page and in the cart, and are redeemed at checkout.
-
Price History
The store remembers the prices of each product. From this history, it displays the anchor price for promotions and publishes a public price list daily, as required by Croatian pricing regulations.
-
Protocols Lead to Products
Posts about usage methods are linked to the products they discuss, allowing readers to go directly from content to the shopping cart.
05
