01
Starting point
Pivac Holding was established at the end of 2025 as an umbrella structure for equity investments in the food industry, tourism, and hospitality. The Holding needed a place to clearly show what it is, who manages it, and which companies it encompasses.
The group companies have their own brands, websites, and recruitment channels. The holding's website was not intended to usurp their role. It needed to introduce them, direct visitors to the right place, and provide space for official announcements and legally required corporate information.

What we built
-
Design and Visual System
A dark purple palette derived from the logo, diagonal cuts, and a mountain motif. The same visual language is repeated across all subpages.
-
About Us
Management model, ownership stakes in Kraš and Podravka, and the composition of the Management and Supervisory Boards on a single page.
-
Group Companies
Overview of group companies: logo, brief description, industry, and a link to each company's website.
-
News
Official announcements with photos and dates. The three most recent are also displayed on the homepage.
-
Careers
A page that directs candidates to the recruitment channels of individual companies.
-
Contact and Corporate Information
A business inquiry form with consent, a location map, and a separate page with data from the court register and bank accounts.
03
What it looks like
04
Technical decisions
-
Holding as an Entry Point, Companies on Their Own Sites
The website does not duplicate company content. Each company has a card with basic information and a direct link to its own website.
-
Careers Without Duplicating Job Postings
The Holding does not publish job advertisements. The Careers page directs candidates to the companies' recruitment channels, ensuring postings remain in one place.
-
Management and Information in a Visible Location
The Management Board, Supervisory Board, and ownership stakes are listed on the About Us page. Corporate information is accessible from the footer and the contact page.
-
Consistent Page Rhythm
Each subpage opens with a dark header, followed by content on a light background. The header remains accessible when scrolling, and elements appear with a subtle animation.
05
Where it stands today
A corporate website that presents the holding as a management structure and the companies as independent brands with direct links. The content is divided into six clear sections, along with official announcements and complete corporate information.
