Terms of Use
These terms govern the use of the deltacode.hr website. The service provider is listed in the Legal Notice (hereinafter: “Delta Code”, “we”). By using the site, you accept these terms.
1. Website Content
The website presents our services and projects. We prepare the content with due care, but it does not constitute a legal offer. The scope, price, and deadline for each project are agreed upon through a written proposal and contract.
2. References and Screenshots
The projects in the References section were created for our clients. Links lead to their websites, for whose content and operation the clients are responsible. Client websites may change over time compared to the screenshots shown.
3. Inquiry and Application Forms
Use the forms for business inquiries or applications for collaboration. Please do not enter data that is not necessary for the inquiry. How we process data from forms is described in the Privacy Policy.
4. AI Assistant
The AI assistant answers general questions about our services and helps describe inquiries. Its responses are informative and may be inaccurate; they are not an offer or an obligation, and our written proposal applies for accurate project data. The number of messages is limited to protect against abuse.
5. Copyright
The website’s texts, graphics, and code are protected by copyright. Without our written permission, it is not permitted to download or publish them, except within the limits allowed by law.
6. Liability
We do not guarantee that the website will always operate without interruption. We are not responsible for the content of external websites to which links lead. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights arising from regulations.
7. Changes to Terms and Governing Law
We may change the terms when services or regulations change; the new version is effective from the moment of publication on this page. The laws of the Republic of Croatia apply. For disputes, the court of subject-matter jurisdiction at the provider’s headquarters is competent, unless consumer protection regulations stipulate otherwise.
